About Star Maps
Our custom maps show the stars and constellations on a given moment from a specific location, allowing you to keep a special moment for a long time. Along with the stars, our software plots the most known constellations and the outline of our galaxy. All map elements are plotted with the highest known scientific accuracy.
Are your maps scientifically accurate?
We use NASA Astronomical Data Centre star catalog that contains information about planets, nearly 100 million stars, 10000 deep-sky objects, comets and asteroids. This data comes from past and present NASA planetary missions, astronomical observations, and laboratory measurements.
Together with precise algorithms, latitude, longitude and the time provided by you we accurately recreate the sky view. You can read more about it here.
What are your prices?
The price of the map depends on what material do you want. We recommend starting a design and you'll see the prices as you go. You can always decide not to buy.
How do I order?
We have created a simple interface for you. Go to our necklaces catalog, choose your necklace style and write time and place from where you want the star constellations to show. This could be any time, your birthday, wedding day, first date, engagement, etc. Create your star map
Materials
We are using a wide range of high quality materials (sterling silver and premium stainless steel). Because jewelry is something you wear on your body we make sure all jewelry is nickel and lead free and will not give any allergic reaction
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Here are our estimates:
- US, Europe: 5 - 25 working days
- Rest of the world: 8 - 65 working days
- Australia: 8 - 65 working days
Ultimately, delivery times depend on the courier services in each country but we try our best to predict them. We ship worldwide from two warehouses.
- For US orders we ship from Houston.
- For International Orders, we ship from Frankfurt.
This includes manufacturing time that takes 1-7 full working days. Once the manufacturing is complete, you will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking link, so you will be able to follow your package.

Are my orders tracked?
Yes. Orders are tracked within the US with USPS, and international orders are shipped and tracked with DHL / Deutsche Post
DELIVERY TIPS
Before ordering a star map, calculate business days until the day you need the gift and choose the most suitable shipping method.
Take into account national holidays that might be taking place in your country of residence during delivery. Those can cause delays.
Estimated delivery times are indicated taking into account the general practice and average delivery times. Make sure to order in a timely manner, there could be slight deviations within delivery times.
