How long does shipping take?
Here are our estimates:

• US, Europe: 5 - 25 working days
• Rest of the world: 8 - 65 working days
• Australia: 8 - 65 working days

Ultimately, delivery times depend on the courier services in each country but we try our best to predict them. We ship worldwide from two warehouses. 

• For US orders we ship from Houston.
• For International Orders, we ship from Frankfurt.

Manufacturing time takes 1-7 full working days. Once the manufacturing is complete, you will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking link, so you will be able to follow your package.

We deliver our product to most of the countries in the world. We ship worldwide

Are my orders tracked?
Yes. Orders are tracked within the US with USPS, and international orders are shipped and tracked with DHL / Deutsche Post

Before ordering a star map, calculate business days until the day you need the gift and choose the most suitable shipping method.
Take into account national holidays that might be taking place in your country of residence during delivery. Those can cause delays.
Estimated delivery times are indicated taking into account the general practice and average delivery times. Make sure to order in a timely manner, there could be slight deviations within delivery times.
